Gautham has more than 15 years of experience in delivering fundamental innovations in large scale messaging and middleware infrastructure. Gautham was an early member of TIBCO Software, where as VP of Engineering he led the development and rollout of Businessworks, TIBCO's market leading middleware platform. Businessworks is deployed at over 1,000 companies worldwide, and is the foundation for several of the largest mission critical business applications in production today. Gautham spent 11 years at TIBCO, where he held executive positions in Engineering, Marketing, and Corporate development. During his tenure, TIBCO grew to more than $550MM in annual sales and went public via an IPO.

Most recently, Gautham was co-founder of Blink Interactive, a 2D barcode based mobile advertising service that aims to bridge traditional ‘print’ media with the Internet.

Gautham received a MS in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Madras.

Harish is responsible for technical strategy and product implementation at Thinkspeed. Harish has more than 15 years of experience in building social platforms, workflow systems and distributed application delivery platforms.

Prior to Thinkspeed, Harish was a co-founder of Blink Interactive, a developer of 2D barcode-based mobile advertising service. Previously, Harish was a Director of Engineering at TIBCO. Harish spent 7 years at TIBCO, where he oversaw the delivery of TIBCO Matrix and TIBCO BusinessWorks Workflow. Recently, Harish worked as the lead architect for TIBBR, an enterprise micro-blogging platform from TIBCO.

Harish received a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from Mysore University, India.

Arun Prakash is responsible for managing the customer and research community marketing for Thinkspeed. He has a strong marketing and operations background, previously serving in executive roles at Healthaxis and managing software development and technology planning programs for commercial and defense space systems at The Boeing Company. Prior to joining Thinkspeed, he co-founded Terrafugia, an aviation industry startup, and also worked at the Boston Consulting Group.

Arun received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University, and BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Nathaniel Robinson is responsible for business and corporate development initiatives for Thinkspeed. Prior to joining, Nathaniel worked in Morgan Stanley’s Global Technology Group where he advised leading software and internet companies on acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. Previously, he was with Janney Montgomery Scott where he helped build the firm’s venture capital investment and private placement business, investing and raising over $60 million in equity for early stage companies.

Nathaniel received his MBA with Distinction from Dartmouth College, MPP from Harvard University, and BS from Drexel University.

Shrikant Rode is responsible for sales and corporate development activities for Thinkspeed. Prior to joining Thinkspeed, Shrikant was a Senior Associate at Wedbush PacGrow, where he focused on the biotechnology and the medical device sectors, advising companies on M&A, strategic alliances and equity raises. Previously, he was an Associate with Banc of America’s TMT Group where he built equity valuation, LBO and M&A models for companies across the technology and media sectors. He also worked at Tibco Software and began his investment banking career at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Shrikant received his MBA at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and his B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University.
